Service Engineer

Experience : 4-12 years

Job location : Navi Mumbai

Qualification : DME/B.E./B.Tech

Responsibilities :

  1. Conduct briefing, debriefing before and after site. Conduct daily toolbox and safety meetings.
  2. Lead team on site. Ensure work done on time with no rework.
  3. Evaluate site performance of team. Mentor juniors. Evaluate training needs of team.
  4. Prepare work done and summary reports, continual improvement notes.

Key skills :

  1. Top and Major Overhaul on CAT, EMD, Cummins or Niigata.
  2. Can write a 10 page work done summary report in Word.
  3. Has lead a team of more than 4 people for at least 2 years.
  4. Knowledge of offshore and marine safety standards.

Supervisor/Technician

Experience : 3-9 years

Job location : Navi Mumbai

Qualification : ITI/DME Mech

Roles and responsibilities :

  1. Conduct briefing, debriefing before and after site. Conduct daily toolbox and safety meetings.
  2. Ensure work done on time with no rework.
  3. Evaluate site performance of team. Mentor juniors. Evaluate training needs of team.
  4. Prepare work done and summary reports, continual improvement notes.

Key skills :

  2. Can write a 2-4 page work done summary report in Word.
  3. Has lead a team of more than 4 people for at least 4 years.
