| “MAN ROLLO” was established
in the year 1906 in the Netherlands. It is an authorized repair
shop for MAN B&W, Mirrlees Blackstone, Ruston, Paxman, Pliestick
and Man Nutzfahrzeuge.
MAN Rollo Belgium and Neptunus Power Plant Services have
established a close relationship, specializing in Turbo Repair.
Both MAN Rollo and Neptunus distinguish themselves by excellence
of service to their customers, based on technical know-how
and efficient back up specialized personnel. Since MAN Rollo
Beljium had build up great experience in this field, technicians
of Neptunus have been to Beljium for intensive trainings.
MAN rollo supports Neptunus both on technical and commercial
aspects.
Our balancing machines can handle rotors up to a weight of
1,000 kgs, a rotor diameter of 1,600 mm and maximum speed
of up to 5,000 rpm. This covers a wide range of turbochargers
of all tyoes of 2-and-4-stroke engines.
We are capable to carry out the overhauls on board, at the
power plant, or in our workshops, depending on the type and
size of the Turbochargers at short notice.
